    Decompression Error

I'm using SF8 to install my app on customer machines. One customer reports two instances of receiving the following error message:
    C:\Windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
A decompression error has occurred (#1026)
    Unknown decompression error.
I have been unable to reproduce this problem on my machines, so I don't know how to diagnose. I don't know what program generated the error message so I don't know how to interpret the error message number (#1026).

If anyone has any helpful suggestions, they will be HIGHLY appreciated.

I would check a/v scanners & what the os is -- it could be windows kicking in to say Hey; that's not the file, and resetting it to the proper os.

Do you install this file "always"?
    does your install elevate?
What OS are these errors on?
