Error while unpacking

When I try to open the program I get an error message that says "Error while unpacking program, code 2. Please report to author."

How can I fix this?

What is "the program"? Can you post a screenshot of the error message?

Autorun MAX Business edition. I can't post a screencap right now, but it's just a normal windows error window that says "Error while unpacking program, code 2. Please report to author."

Hello, a quick search in Google returned numerous discussions regarding this error message. It is not related to Autorun MAX! at all, and can be caused by a problem in the registry, or by third party programs like Spyware Doctor and others. Hope this helps.
