BTN file cannot see

I can't see the button image when I add new object from Gallery selection. It is just only see the all files list like xxx.btn. How can solve it?

Possible causes:
- an incorrect/unaivalable association/registration of the BTN file extension;
- disabled thumbnail visualization inside Explorer.

In the first case, try uninstalling and reinstalling AMS to see if this fixes the issue.
