.. are principally a subtype of delusional disorder but could possibly feature as a symptom of schizophrenia and manic episodes of bipolar disorder, from maybe smoking too much dope where the victim tends to abide in what used to be commonly called an " Ivory Tower ".
The delusion (common in paranoia) that you are much greater and more powerful and influential than you really are .. but knowledge is power, and the wisest man knows nothing at all.

I am not sure what your trying to get at here tone cos all the time when things don't go your way you keep saying we have disorder A,B,C ..so on, Knowledge is power to the people that want to know that knowledge but if you really want power over just peaceful existence then you might as well be the most foolish man as power when it gets past its helpful stage becomes corruptions and evil.
