Please fix bugs: - custom screen/DPI, compression not working

- Custom screens have significant issues with different DPI settings (it causes hanging and flickering) - case number DKV-474067

- Default (improved) compression does not work in a scripting environment - specifically in Visual Build - case number MRR-650348
