    Image resizing in design environment.

I cant seem to stretch an image in the design env. Whenever i try, the object adjusts to maintain the image's aspect ratio. Also, if I set the size manually in the properties pane and then try to adjust it in the design env, it will maintain whatever aspect ratio is defined by the newly-set dimensions.
Is there a control I'm missing somewhere, is this intentional or is this a bug?

    Right-click > Keep Aspect, or Ctrl-K ... and may I say RTFM?

Lol, I suppose I have that coming .
Funny though, in all the time I've been coding I have never even noticed that "Keep Aspect" option there...how weird. Guess I'd better RTFM next time...

    Thanks Ulrich.

I think the default must have changed from 7 to 8? I had the same problem and 'stumbled' across "Keep Aspect" - thought it was something new - went back to 7.5 for a 'look-see' and it was there all along. I never had the issue before...
before Ulrich jumps me I'm going back to RTFM...

Well, I don't feel too bad since it's a newer feature but I still have that "RTFM" coming anyway since I didn't look very far for the answer lol . Like I said at the beginning of my tutorial, "We're all n00bs in one way or another" and that's my dumba$$ mistake for the week. I'd better go read my tutorial again...
