I wish I can verify automatically in the starting up of the application the update of this one.

I have on an intranet link the file but I do not know how to question.

You could use something like TrueUpdate to handle it --or just manually code it --check the website for a textfile that contains a version # -- if that version # is greater than your installed version, download the new version.
