Repeatable crash with select-button dialog.

OS: XP (may be others)
AMS: 7.5.1008.0

Steps to replicate:

1. Open an ams project or create a new one
2. Select the "button" from the toolbar to add a new button to your project.
3. Using Explorer or DOS's MkdDir (MD/MKDIR) create a new folder in the AMS\gallery\button folder

Results:

• A crash occurs. During "report this to ms" dialog, you can save your work in AMS, however, once you "close" the report, AMS closes as well.

Expected results:

• AMS would see the new folder as created.
