How to install into an existing application folder?

Hello,

I'm using IR Setup Factory to make an installation module for my project. My problem is - how to prevent the installer from deleting the existing application folder? I want it to install the project into a folder that has alread been created, replace some old files there with the new ones which come with the new distribution but I want to keep all of the old files in the application folder those names are not included in the new distribution which I want to release.

Can anybody help me with this? I need to fix it today

1st off you should always test your releases.
2nd this is a user to user forum, "need to fix today" really doesn't get anyone going any faster
3rd if you had tried it, you'd realize that the default behavior is just as you describe, install files & leave any existing files alone.
