    Huh? Help request, IR Customer login now blocked

    Hi,

    anybody out there from IR Stuff? I couldn't find a better place to put my help request. Please appologize.

    I want to do a customer login but I always got the message "Your IP address has been banned. Contact support for assistance". If I try the support I came to eSupport, but the only I can do is to "View Tickets".

    It all began with the SF8 "Check for Update" menu. The dialog "Setup Factory 8.0 Update" showed the "Update Result" with "p>ERROR: 140 Please open a support ticket with the above error code for assistance".

    IR Staff please help.

    Maybe it's been blocked for a reason.
