Can this be fixed with a plugin?

I have been playing around with a dock application that a user uploaded (sorry can't remeber who, credit to them anyway )

The issue though is, I have two screens, next to each other. The developer has created this dock to sit on the right hand side (like vista) and it slides in and out on mouse over. HOWEVER ... all it does it slid off of my main screen and on to the right hand side of the other.

To alleviate this I'm think we need a way to detect and select which monitor if => 2 to display the application on.

I know it is probably going to be a bit of a difficult thing to work out, but it would be cool...

There is already a plugin that does that. Check out Worm's site here. It's called the Desktop Action Plugin. If you combine it with Reteset's (www.amsplugins.com) WinApi plugin you might get what you're looking for. I think someone else had another one too, maybe UPeters at MindQuake I can't remember. Try AMSWaves's site as well, he's got really cool plugins too.

Basically, look around on people's websites for more plugins...you maybe surprised what's out there.

Oh, and don't forget about sside's massive dll library collection.
