Install character during setup

i should install during my setup new character. can you tell me how can i do?

what 'new character' exactly means?
A new font?
How you install a new character manually?

yes i should installa new fonts.

now i install manually:

control panel-->Fonts-->File-->install new font type

i would like to know if is possible to do this operation automatically

install to %FontsFolder% and check "register true type font" in advanced the advanced tab of file properties
