Hi all. I have a software and i wanted to know if i can make this instructions and create an auto install with this software. Please let me know and if yes how?

1:
CLICK START--CONTROL PANEL--SYSTEM--ADVANCED—
ENVIROMEN VARIABLES--NEW--

NOW TYPE
Variable: RAILS_ENV
Value: production
NOW CLICK OK AND CLOSE ALL WINDOWS, THEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AND CONTINUE TO THE NEXT STEP.

CAN I DO THA?T TO OPEN THE VARIABLES AND TO FILL OUT AUTOMATICALLY? IF YES ANY IDEAS HOW?

** Also can i do that:
Lets say OPEN THIS:
cd c:\asckiosk\win32\gems

and like copy and paste automatically into the CMD:
example:
gem install --no-rdoc --no-ri win32-sapi-0.1.3-mswin32.gem
gem install --no-rdoc --no-ri win32-service-0.5.2-mswin32.gem

DO I open that as a link or......
