    Customize boot strapper loading...

The bootstrapper displays a progress bar and a title & text.
It would be nice if this dialog could be controlled a bit more.
    • Display or not
    • set title
    • set text
    • set progress bar (max, current position, etc)
    • use standard IR plugins

Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're referring to, I believe this is already possible using the Bootstrapper's actions in the Application category.

Take a look at the "Runtime Interface" topic located in the Introduction book of the Indigo Rose MSI Bootstrapper Help file.

    Thanks.

I'll have a look at that. But my initial attempts were that the dialog that is displayed "as it initially loads" cannot be changed; I may have been stressed pre-vacation.

I'll try customizing the boot strapper more & see if I can't change that -- but my gut says "how can I run code, to change teh display, before the code is accessed?"

ie: I'm talking about the "initialization" of it.... Hmm. once I sort thru my 500+ emails; I'll post a small video.
