Adding Playback Control To a Flash Movie

I use Camtasia to make videos. As far as I know, with camtesia, you can't produce a flash movie with playback control inserted in it... maybe I'm wrong...

So my question, are there any way to add playback (play, stop, pause, seek) control easily?

look in the help file at:

Flash.Stop
Flash.Play 
Flash.Seek

or you might be able to control the movie with:

Flash.SetFlashVariable
