I Have to pack 65000 jpg files

I Have to pack 65000 jpg files and it take a very long time to make a new package to my project i put the 65000 file as a folder reference in the extrnal tab
what can I do
to make it faster when i want to renew the package
the total time is 2:15 hours
please fast help

Mark all files, rightclick select "File Properties" and uncheck the compress
option on the advanced page.

JPG files don't need to be compressed.
