Calling Executable Files form a PowerPoint presentation

Can anyone help?

I am trying to put a PowerPoint presentation (pps file) on an Autoplay CD. Within the presentation, I have links to FLASH executable files which fire up fine when using the presentation by itself, they also fire up fine from the Autoplay page (if linked directly), but they won't fire up from Powerpoint presentation within the Autoplay preview (or once you've built the project).

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your file paths, maybe?
