New Utility

AMS Options. This utility will help you edit, backup, restore and set-to-default your "_code_templates.xml", "_globalvars.xml", and "_res_types.xml" files.

ok, i have updated that tool, just havent posted it yet, been working on something *huge* (not AMS related) so everything got dropped for the last few months, but i will do it soon.
