Dialog FileBrowse bug?

When I create a project with file browse the dialog opens over the project page so when i browse folder i double click the file that i want but it dont opens the file it opens the folder browse again. This is when behind the file that i double klick is a button of the project page....
Sorry for my english .....can someone understand ?
I would replace the file browse dialog on another place but not possible?
