When update True Update Client?

I'm just evaluating TU and was playing arround with different test-projects. I'm wondering now, at which changes I need to update the TUclient-exe itself? And how would I do this?

You build your 1st TU client (Tu.exe and TU.dat)
You release this to your users.

When you update your application; you will build a new tu.exe/tu.dat to indicate that it's new and how/where to download it.

When the original tu.exe is run; it will check the website for updated dat files (those .ts1/2/3 files) and download them. The tu.exe will 'restart' if needed.
