We have a couple of people that have installed our product using our supplied MSI files. We now are using a custom bootstrapper since the package code will be automagically updated. If we try to update using our bootstrapper, the existing executables are not replaced wtih the new executable.

Do any one have a clue on how to do this? I am looking for the quick and easy way out here
