i dont see volume propertys would i need to use flash for that ?

would i need to use flash to setup a volume control ?
because flash has that ability to control volume and balance id ont think it can from a fs command though..

Pick it up here. If you need help understanding it, let me know. Using the DLL is real straight forward, but the way I handle the graphics could be a bit confusing.
