Force "Program Files" directory in other language?

Hi, I am having an issue and am having trouble finding a solution. My software requires installation in %SystemDrive%\Program Files\App\ . However, Vista in other languages (ex. Spanish) prevents the creation of a "Program Files" directory. Instead, any creation of this directory (through installation or manually) instead renames and places the directory in "Archivos de Programas".

I need a way to force the installation to create a "Program Files" directory, can anyone point me in the right direction?
