You can use the xMDB plugin to connect to a database created with Access, and if this fails, you can try the ODBC plugin.

Thank you upeters for the speedy reply!!!
I am sorry but I have a Question: How? how do i use the plugin to connect? I am lost.
Sorry for all the questions. I know you are very busy just by all your replies you do. I am new and I know new people to coding is NOT what you want to do all night.
I am relly trying to learn on my own without help. I need some guidence because coding is so confusing to me right now. I try to copy and past things then rip them apart and some things make sence, but it is all hard to grasp..
Thanks again,
Joe
Have a look at the xMDB plugin first. On Dermot's web page linked in my former post, you will find a working sample project which shows how to connect to a Access database, and how to retrieve and display data.how do i use the plugin to connect? I am lost.
My ODBC plugin is more generic, as it allows you to connect to any kind of database, and requires a bit more of knowledge about database interaction. Examples of connection strings are provided in the documentation of the plugin.
