Time Diff

Does anybody out there know of an example of a time diff function? I have the dateDiff functions but nothing in there does actual time. If you want to compare times for like a time clock, punch-in punch-out, type comparison.

Would be nice to have a target time and be able to get how much time is left till that time as well..

Dermot (i think it was) posted some time functions ages ago, i looked for them last week and could not find them, i'll have another quick search, but if anyone else has seen them then plz .... where, lol
