there is another dll that i made at user request that allows you to capture part of the screen from x1,x2,y1,y2 coords, but i can not find it

EDIT: Ah, there it was hiding in another thread

    http://www.indigorose.com/forums/sho...80&postcount=8

    EDIT: Aftertought

to be honest i dont know if this will work (you ever tried taking a screen shot of mediaplayer while playing a vid) you just get a black box, the same thing MIGHT happen here, but MIGHT not, give it a whirl

I think FRAPS can take screenshots of video, or maybe even SnagIt by TechSmith.

Also, if you use VLC, it has a built in function for screenshots.

Ah, it's always a nice addition to the information regarding this subject, isn't it?
I support replying to old posts, only if it adds valuable information.

I agree. For users (like myself) who search the forums for answers to their questions, there is nothing more frustrating than finding a thread with your topic issue only to discover that there is no solution to the problem. I'm all for solving the problem no matter how long it takes.
