Maybe Agro would know this best....but, a potential client wants me to be able to deliver streaming mjpg to website via a login page. (video surveilance)

His product is selling to police departments where he has camera mounted on helicopters and cops in cars on the ground would see the feed via their laptops.

I have no idea where to start how you would convert that or if you would just assign an IP and Windows Media player would play it as it is...?
