how to recover

hi to all,
i had done a project and and also build the project with web/email, but what happened is i accidentally deleted the project file. but i have the .exe and all the support files. i have scripted a lot in the project and now i cannot do all that again. so is there a way to recover the project from the files remaining. if so please letme know
