Server 2003 x64 problem

Hi

vpatch.exe hangs on Windows Server 2003 R2 x64.

The patch is less that 5mb and patches a single ~100mb file. It hangs after about 75% of the way through. The same patch works fine on Vista x64 and XP x64. I've also built similar patches to test if there is a generic problem with large files and they all hang on Server 2003 x64.

Other patches i've run have had no problems on Server 2003 x64.

Any ideas anyone?

Just to clarify...

Its the patch that hangs. vpatch.exe is the process that runs when you run a patch.
