Help with Masking (MacOSX-Style)?

Can anyone help me with a 'Masking' problem, please?

I want to "mask" my application, so that it has the look and feel of a Mac OSX application. If you have a look at the image I've uploaded:

... you'll see the kind of look I'm talking about. I want my application to have those "metallic-silver" coloured borders together with the coloured buttons that you can see on the toolbar.

So basically, what I need is an image similar to the one above, and instructions on how to use it as a mask.

Also, it's final dimensions need to be 680x480 pixels. I've tried googling for suitable images and then resizing the image to the above dimensions, but it always ends up being too distorted.

Can anyone help out (perhaps with an example, and brief instructions on how to apply it)???

i made this window set ages ago but never used it, if its any good to you then you are welcome to use it.

or with your window image, but im not the best with this kind of stuff, i resized the image to 680x480 but you will have to edit the rest your self (icon and text)
