    Run an application on Windows Mobile

    What do I need to have to run a win32 application on Windows Mobile Pocket PC? If it is not possible, then which development environments are available (besides the MS Visual Studio) for the application development?
    Never know what life is gonna throw at you.
    (Based on a true story.)
