Document to open: Add Desktop Icon

It could be nice with a button to the desktop.

Action to run: Open Document
and then when i click Browse under, Document to open:

The window Select File is coming up, and there is 3 buttons.
My Project, My Documents, My Computer.

There it could be nice with a button to show desktop...

I too like that newer dialog look. I use it all the time when it's available.
