where is the ams 7 update log ? i want to keep track of it.
also freatures updates to ams7 generally are every how many months ?

Well, technically, it's an initial release, so there is no change log. But there is this:

Regarding the updates, AFAIK, updates should be available at least twice a year, brining not just fixes, but new functionality as well.
