Send SMS to Mobile Device via AMS

Dear All
Here is something a bit wild but what the heck, I will give it a try.

Is it possible to type an SMS message into an input box and then send the message to a mobile handset from within an AMS application.

Ideally I would be able to select a name(s) or number(s) stored in a database and then click a SEND button which would perhaps use a third party application to send the message to the selected recipients.

Can this be done transparently, ie. using the AMS application interface, wihtout popping up a third party GUI?

Absolutley, we have made applications that do this directly from an Access database, using http post. You need a third party company such as aql.com to supply the actual SMS credits though.

You can invisibly send SMS messages using their SMS API system so long as you have an account with credits.
