Please tell me how can I create my own Splash screen, with an irregular shape

You can create an irregular shaped app by checking "Use Window Transparency" under the "Transparent Window" area of the project properties dialog, then loading an image and setting the "transparent color". Use the boombox video trainer template as a guide, look in there and see how it's set up and it should be easy to figure out.
