Turkish Character problem in language files

I translate the following line into Turkish like.
    <MSG_CONFIRM_ABORT>Kurulum tamamlanmadı. Çıkmak istiyor musun?</MSG_CONFIRM_ABORT>

When I want to cancel setup its popup shown as attachment.

    Any ideas?

I tried to make the translation to turkish about a year ago, and we found out that the language uses characters that Setup Factory can't read. If you save the file as plain text (or MS-DOS text), you will see the same errors.
Back then, no solution was found for this problem

    Hi,
    I solved the problem.
Just open the xml file with notepad, and Save As ANSI.
Re open Setup Factory, build your project.

    That's it.
