    Shuttle Defence

Hey guys, i made this little game a few weeks ago and kinda forgot about it

i thought id post it here and let you guys take a look, theres not much to it, im still learning how the use the app that i made it with, but im getting there,

basicly you have to protect the shuttle from the asteroids while it makes supply runs to and from the moon, the more runs you make the more asteroids there are and the faster thay get, every 5k points you get a extra life, 100.000 points beats the game

    Have fun, C&C welcome

    Cool game.

Very smooth animation; good graphics; quick response ! And, I particularly like games that you don't have to study for week or read the handbook before you can really play them. I call them "games for busy people" or "coffee break games". Most flash games are in this category. And, yours is now in my collection. Thanks.

Also, it would be nice to also simultaneously accept keyboard input ... arrows and spacebar, for example.

    not a problem,

now you can press F12 to switch between modes (default is mouse)

left/right arrow keys rotate the turret and space fires in keyboard mode

    check original link for download

Well then ... i'll have to practice more.

BTW, it switches back to mouse input every time you collide...

Also, Game Maker's price will probably increase soon due to the YoYo merger. I'm getting it this week-end ... just in case ... and ... your game sold me on it.

ok, ill have a look at the collision thing when i get a min,

Yeah, YoYo have taken over game maker, i havent got v7 i used v6.1 that i was given on a birthday about 2 years ago, i just never realy got in to it like i did ams, im not great with graphics and the game making is all about graphics so i kinda gave up on it, i just made some half games with gfx i ripped from various sources

i also brought FPS Creator last year looking to make a frist person shooter game.....what a waist of money that was.....more bugs than starship troopers

Do you still have the game?, the original link is dead, and @Riz has no longer it.

    Thanks.
