Determine State of ASP.NET Web Service Extension?

OK, this question/request might be a bit meaty, but is there any way to determine if the ASP.NET Web Service Extension is enabled in IIS?

We are wrapping our installation in an AutoPlay browser that is currently checking to see if IIS is installed as a requirement. What I would like to do is, if installed, check the mentioned Web Service Extension and notify to enable if not already.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
