Announcement: PopupNotify Action Plugin Upate

I've release a new version of PopupNotify that takes care of a couple problems with the popup not displaying properly when the application was minimized or was in the system tray.

All registered users have been emailed the latest version to the email address that was used when purchasing the plugin. If you did not receive your update, please let me know so that I can make arrangements for you to download.
