putting to work SetupFactory and TrueUpdate

Hi

I have these two softwares who are supposed to be brothers

1. SetupFactory to create the installer and patches
2. TrueUpdate to automate the upgrade of my application

My patch is a Setup.exe file created using SetupFactory and I can not change the version of this file.

my question is:

How can I update my application if I can not compare against the file version generated for Setupfactory ?

How can I put to work this two software tools together?

is there something I dont see?
