Suggestion database?

Is there anywhere we can look at a list of the suggestions and references made across the various forums? A lot are common across the applications and it takes time to search the forums to see if someone has suggested something previously unless you are really accurate with keywords. Equally to see if a specific suggestion has reached the development stage or whether has been rejected.

I thought there was something when some of us were beta testing a couple of years ago?

We have an internal system that we use for suggestions as well as bug reports but it is not exposed to the public. Whenever you see REF: ##### then that is a reference to this system.

I think it would be a good idea to have a user driven system for suggestions.
