CD load time

I have my project burned on an 80mm (small) CD. This three page project is taking about 35 seconds to load. The first page is simply text, page 2 is a flash video and page three is text. Is there a way to speed up load time or to show a progress bar so the user doesn't think something is wrong?

How do you build your project? As a web exe file or normal build to a folder?

I build it to a folder and burn from there. I had forgotten about the web/email function. Do you think it causes any problems on PC's with tight security? i.e. when the local user is not allowed to run an exe file?
