Can't Find Thread I'm Looking For..

Hello,

I've been doing searches all night and most of today trying to find a thread
with a link in it to a notify/balloon add-on product.

I've tried keywords: notify,popup,dialog,taskbar,task bar,system tray

..but I can no longer find the thread.

The thread was about creating Windows task bar/system tray popup
messages using a product from a website that I can no longer find.

I remember the product to create these notify balloon type popups cost about
$399 or somewhere in that area. It was very expensive, but looked to be a
great little addition to add to AMS.

Does anyone know where this website is at?
Do you remember that thread?

I would really like to find this website again, if you have any idea of the link
I'm referring to, could you please post it here?

It is not Worms product or the xDialog product, it was something else, I think
originally created for other apps like Visual Studio... (I think)

Yes!.. That's it...

I wanted to have something to go by because I'm thinking of trying to create
an add-on or plug-in that will do some of the cool stuff that system will do,
but I couldn't find that post for the life of me.
