True Update Client Auto restart problem!

Hi

I try to deploy new version of ts files to server. And then i try to test LiveUpdate. The TrueUpdateclients automatic update keeps on prompting for 4 times and exiting out.

I am using TrueUpdate 2.0.6.0. Does any body has any clue with this?
The Client that is on customer machine(or that i am testing with) was built against 2.0.4.1

After 4th time of Client update notice, then it downloaded ts3 file from server and kept it in the folder where TrueUpdate client is and exit it out

Hi Venkat,

Would it be possible for you to paste the entire Update Log? It would be useful to be able to look at what is happening during the four times that TrueUpdate 2.0 is auto-updating the client.

Also return code 5 means that they user has aborted the update. How did this return come about? Was the update canceled?

Sorry about my late reply.

Restarted the JVM, weblogic server. It fixed the problem.
