Is there a way to an a addition path to the environment system variable in Windows 2000 using AutoPlay Menu 4 ?

Yes, this should be possible. You can find some information on environment variables in the following Knowledge Base article. It was created for Setup Factory, however the concept is the same:

The short and sweet of it would be to read in the appropriate environment variable into an AutoPlay variable using one of the Registry actions, then do a string addition to that value using the "Variable.SetValue" action, and then write that new value back to the user's Registry.

Also note that those changes will not take effect until the user reboots. I believe if you follow that design, it should work.
