mp3 encoder

Hello.
I have created a audio player that also includes an extensive list of radio stations to connect with the player, good until here all well, would like me to include a mp3 encoder but I don't have idea of as making it, I only possess DLL Lame_enc., but I am not familiarized with the dll's use. Could somebody help in this point?
I have attached the dll in a file in .zip format.

I don't have any ideia.. but mp3 encode is very interesting

There are a few command line mp3 encoder out there (Plugger+, L3Enc and more).
Using these, you can easily launch them from within AMS.
