I have created a poll to see Who wants the Zip Actions in the Runtime
just to guage the general opinion, this would make the runtime slightly larger

In general I would prefer rarely used stuff in the form of plugins. Probably 90+ % of the setups created with SF do not use zip-related actions, so my vote is for a plugin. Keep it simple, less code -> less problems, smaller size.
