loop problem & RTL problem

1. the loop - if i move the window program the loop is work but is stuck. can i do something at the time of the loop for example if i wont to stop the loop or i wont to press another button or combobox and the loop still work?

2. the exmple shows thet the enable right to lwft work on listbox but the combobox is dont work. way?
