How to make a button visible

I got a questions to ask...

Can I design a button that visible at all but still got its own action there?
I mean if I got a button on a image, I don't want the button cover my image but the quick action of that button is still there.

Please help me, thanks!!

Use a hotspot object.

If you want an irregular (non rectangle) shape. Use an image with a transparent color and set it's opacity to 0.
