How can I change the icon of "setup.exe"?

I want to know how I can change the icon of 'setup.exe'.
(Not is the icon in the top left corner of our installation window.)

There is no built in functionality to change the setup icon.

Adam, can you "chunk" it into the Suggestion box, if it did not land there yet?

most resource editors will do this. Some can even be used in command line mode so you can automatically replace the icon after each setup generation. But indeed it would be nice to have such option in SF.

I'm more interested in replacing the icon in the small 'Initializing..' splash screen that appears for a while when the setup starts - can this be done, or to disable the splash?
